Sustainable Birch Antipasto Platter with 'Shou Sugi Ban' detail


These elegant platters are made from sustainably grown Birch by designer Mark Gunning for Asiki. The perfect presentation base for a delicious antipasto spread or grazing board.  When not supporting your melting Brie, you can place it on your coffee or dining table as a stunning centre piece to be admired by all.

 The dark platters are finished on both sides using the 'Shou Sugi Ban' method which originated in Japan and involves burning the wood to make it more resilient.

 The raw platter has a smooth finish which highlights the beautiful natural wood grain.
