Warndu Wattleseed Balsamic Vinegar is made using wild harvested Wattleseed from the Flinders Ranges. Is fabulous mixed with Warndu oils in salad dressings, baking or drizzled over fruits or ice cream. It is syrupy and sweet like a balsamic glaze.
Wattleseed is a traditional source of carbohydrates and protein, potassium, calcium, iron and zinc.
Plant-based, vegan and Made in Australia.
Taste: Wattleseed has a nutty, roasted coffee aroma, with touches of sweet spice, raisins and chocolate. It has a savoury, nutty, wheat-biscuit flavour.
Shelf Life: 12 months.
